Does your zucchini runneth over this year? Mine doesn't. Being pregnant this summer, I feel lucky...and a bit surprised, frankly, that our three tomato and two cucumber plants (the only surviving plants after June's insane record rain falls) are even producing a single vegetable/fruit. Thankfully, we have super generous garden-loving neighbors willing to share with us this year! In any case, here's a reminder of some of our favorite zucchini-filled recipes.
